Bishop J. Todd Nichols is a native Houstonian who has a heart for people, missions, and church planting.
Bishop Nichols currently serves as Greater Faith's Senior Pastor. He speaks several hundred times each year, ministers weekly to a global audience, and has spoken at conferences and churches around the world. He also serves on several boards and advisory committees of religious and charitable organizations. He is the author of Transfigured, and is currently working on his second book. In his spare time he enjoys reading, traveling with the family, playing ball with Matt and Colton, and cracking corny jokes with Madison.
At the age of 25 he began traveling as a full-time international evangelist and continued doing so until he assumed the role of senior pastor in 2001. Prior to entering full-time ministry, he received an AutoCAD Design Engineer degree with mechanical, civil, structural and architectural certifications, and spent four years in the field of mechanical engineering.
Bishop Nichols has been married to the love of his life, Susan, for 19 years. Susan labored one year as a charge nurse and three years as a home health nurse. She is a native resident of Jackson, Mississippi and has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Together with their three children – Matt, Colton, and Madison – and two Maltese – Molly and Layla – they are working to make a difference in the world.
