What is Soul Winner's Boot Camp?
Soul Winner's Boot Camp is a double-edged ministry designed to equip the soul-winner for ministry while presenting opportunity for the application of its principles. It was created in 2005 to train people for cutting-edge evangelism. It is rapidly becoming known as one of the premier national evangelism efforts. It is currently unrivaled in its effectiveness to minister and to bless families, children, teenagers, and people who are homeless or, as we like to refer to them, people who are living without an address. Your time at Boot Camp's strategic events will be unlike any other spiritual experience that you have ever had. Soul Winner's Boot Camp has set the standard for evangelism throughout the world; the methods may be extreme but so are the results.
Matt Maddix and his trained team have just returned from Soul Winner's Boot Camp in New Zealand where unprecented results were produced by the intense anointing that accompanied their efforts. With a ministry that has a vision this broad and the manpower, spiritual foundation, and intense passion to carry it out, you can see why we are so excited about Boot Camp America coming to Louisville. We are getting ready for a spiritual revolution!
The vision began in St. Petersburg, Fl. in 2005. It was intended to be a small seminar geared for only 25 people. The purpose was to give them hands-on effective techniques for soul-winning, but a computer glitch changed the whole paradim. The website somehow allowed 300 people to register for this inaugural event. In 2006 there were 900 registrants and the rest is history!
We have great news! If you are a part of the general public in the Louisville metro area, or live within 40 miles of Downtown Louisville, events taking place Friday thru Sunday are TOTALLY FREE for you and your entire family. Not only are they free but you will also have an opportunity to take home a little something with you. Greater Faith Church, in cooperation with Boot Camp America, will be giving away a treasure trove of first-class items including, but not limited to: ipods, skateboards, bicycles, gas cards, and much more. We will be giving away sleeping bags for those living without an address, as well as toiletry items, and more. It doesn't stop there. We will be feeding everyone present at most events free hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks, and more.
Why? That is a question that we are asked all the time. We are a church, remember. We are non-profit. We aren't trying to make a buck! We aren't trying to take advantage of people. We are called by God to be a blessing. We feel that we have tapped into a unique anointing from God and we want you to experience it no matter what it takes. The loudest voices that are speaking to the current and next generation are the voices of violence, drug addiction, alcoholism, and suicide, just to name a few. We feel that it is past time for the world to hear the voice of God where they live and not just inside of the four walls of the sanctuary.
Beginning Tuesday night, June 10th, 2008, you will be able to dial-in to our conference call and listen to more information about Soul Winner's Boot Camp. Pastor J. Todd Nichols will be giving a 15 to 20 minute message of encouragement that you will be able to listen to from the privacy of your own home, your office, or cell phone. No matter where you are or what you are doing, if you can break for 15 to 20 minutes you will be able to feel the passion with which we are reaching for our community and world.
How do I be involved? At 9:00 pm EST, every Tuesday night beginning June 10th, 2008, all you have to do is dial: (712) 432-1001 and put in the access code 474657079# and listen. Its that easy. You may want to dial in a minute or two before 9:00 pm so that you are on the line when the conference begins. The call will be LIVE not pre-recorded. The call is free to listen but standard long distance charges will apply. We are only using this as a venue for inspiration and not commerce.
It's time for Louisville to experience its greatest revival! We are not pretending that we can make anything great happen by shear human effort. That's why Greater Faith Church has been positioning itself through prayer. GFC has been involved in 24 hours of prayer everyday in its sanctuary for a number of weeks. Yes, 24 hours everyday. We are already seeing a tremendous impact on our great city. We want you to be a part of it. Wherever you may be; stop during your busy day and spend some time in prayer. When you do, you should remember that while you are praying, wherever you are praying, someone is in the sanctuary at Greater Faith Church praying simultaneously with you. Now is the time!
