How many times in the past have Christians awakened and said, “Today, I will reach for the lost”?  Anyone that has had an encounter with Jesus Christ will daily feel that compelling urgency to evangelize the world around them.  The last words of Christ ring continually in our mind: “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”  Yet, if statistics are accurate, there are very few Christians who actually fulfill this commission.  One reason may be that most people feel overwhelmed and alone in this quest.

At Greater Faith Church, the great commission has become our great obsession.  We feel it is our privilege and responsibility to reach our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ.  We are compelled to extend ourselves and reach beyond the walls of our city.  At Greater Faith, we are not satisfied with our results or content with our efforts.  We are a church for all people because “It is not His will that any should perish.”  We must tell everyone.  

We know that as individuals we accomplish very little.  However, when individuals come together for the same purpose, then the power of multiplication brings a significantly different result.  Our team of soul-winners and local evangelists are working arduously, but joyfully, to get the word out to the metroplex; “Jesus can change your life!”  So we are making every attempt to Connect with people, Connect with their pain, and Connect with their problems.  We want to introduce them to someone who can heal their hearts and save their souls.  We will do our part and then pray that God makes the Divine Connection.  Wouldn't YOU like to join the team?
